Yahoo and amazon entered online auctions but they were not successful because of there design and other loopholes . EBay got success because it is well structured and navigated website . EBay is still continuing its online auction business whereas amazon and yahoo has abolished this business. EBay was able to dominant its position in this market because EBay provides with dynamic pricing which is very helpful for all the sellers and buyers..
